This Site is Purposed to Prompt The Private Sector Side of the Federal Reserve Bank To Be Fair in the Use of Monetary Policy Powers.  The FED is Unfair in its Program for Those Without Fiancial Assets who have Little Support from Strong  Emotional and Ethical Assets, Attributes and Positive Expectations, Distinct From Those Who Own Financial Assets.

The Email March on the FED is detailed by the content on this website.  You join the Email March by joining this site. You inform yourself by understanding and contacting us about the email letters and this site. This service is for sale to effective citizens and we pay you to comment and improve on the letters and the content as the site moves in our future to prompt the private sector FED to fix the at risk citizens with effective fair action. The 1977 Community Reinvestment Act is not first things first action. The emails here can be downloaded for your needs. They are also the  numbered tabs on the left index.

Your FREE subscription to the website would start with the next weekly issue.  It is free to define a bold concept of First Things First Change based on the reported 15 to 20 dots published by others over the last 35 years to solve our nation’s problems.  Books with good ideas are written every day and this site uses 15-20, or more, of them to present a full solution if only they were read in the concept of First Things First.  Several of the books deal with the solvable constraint of money and banking.

To fix crime we have to fix the family, but before we do that we have to fix welfare, and that means fixing our budgets, and that means fixing our civil spirit, but we cannot do that without fixing moral standards, and that means fixing schools and churches, and that means fixing inner cities, and that’s impossible unless we fix crime.  As a nation we are in deep denial within this circle.  Page 2 of the Fourth Turning by William Strauss and Neil Howe was published in 1997 by Broadway Books.

Unfortunately, even more fixes are due 25 years after that book was published, because government cannot do first things first for best outcomes.

The entire site is free to you to convince you to step into a role of communicating direction to the FED in a unique 20 and 21st century requirement that the private sector lead in the creation of equal opportunity.  The Federal Reserve Bank, The 1977 Reinvestment Act and its Open Market Committee has its fingers on first things first equality and fairness with its 19 members of national leadership.

The left column link “Email Protests” is the place you can step into the role of communicating directly with the FED as a private citizen creating a distributed protest from every corner of the nation.  250 million people could honestly be asking for this fairness, if they knew.  This protest allows you to also create content on the site with the development funds reserved from the pricing of the protest letters.

I hope you enjoy the website as much as I do in presenting it.

Wishing you all the best,

Thomas Wolfgram

Your first paragraph ...

USA Positive Expectations are detailed thoughout this site in the right columns.

Values, assets, attributes, messages and stories all run together creating civility in a spectrum of absolutes on the right and less absolute (relative) ranging in degree to the left.

What messages supported by stories do we want to send our age 0-6 children?

I am suggesting, just to start the concept, that grace and curtesy be a default and at least these messages be sent.
