Concept to restructure society with traditional First Things First understanding can be achieved with a focus on early reading skills that we call ERSD-RA.

That focus makes society less selfish with much less attention spent on race and much more attention spent on achievement.  Achieve equality here for the 6-year old and it will last a lifetime of opportunity.  This will give rise to agreement with the concepts of growth education, economics, emotions and ethics, and continuous improvements within the USA. 

Private Property Ownership is a right that should be respected, it is Freedom and it is not free.  Early Reading Skills are individual Freedoms.

There is a private sector humanistic value defined by the disparate present value of positive expectations from Pre-K (PVofPE-Prek).  That value could be the focus of equal opportunity, but it is not.  Our systemic government processes cause disparities.  Government is failing the private sector because it is overreaching.  Not every nation can look to this valuation and the USA is blessed by its foundation.  Other nations can look to the value of ERSD-RA individually or collectively, but they have stymied themselves without true Freedom.

There is a private sector value of the world in national individual segments supported defined by the present value of positive expectation from future nominal GDP (PVofPE-FNGDP).  This should make the USA strength and deficits understandable to We The People and more manageable.

The ultimate power of the FED and its separation from the US Treasury for the benefit of WE THE PEOPLE, the Declaration of Independence and the private sector could be much better understood and leveraged by we the people living under its umbrella.
