The USA VALUES,LLC. purpose of understanding the work of Steve Zaffron and Dave Logan is to lighten the load of a decision to change the local school district.  The first three chapters allow the change to be contemplated in a light frame and not the very tight world of regulation and status quo. This will help gain momentum as the blind spot and bottleneck is defined as the first change to go through the process of the Theory of Constraints. 

 

This agreement is is needed regardless; 1. What to change; 2. Because these are laws, they apply to everything that happens in life including the 24/7/365 situations of a local school district.

More power to the individual and people who can live “above the law” “against such things there is no law” in the design of their 24/7/365 situation found in the schools. That is what you would have in the public schools if 100% of the children started kindergarten ready to read.

Utopia on earth, I would say.  Maria Montessori describes it as the design given to us by the New Testament Bible; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control, not conceited, not provoking, and not envying.
